LC Notary Services provides mobile and traditional notary services in compliance with applicable state and federal laws. We do not provide legal advice or representation. Customers are responsible for understanding the documents they request to be notarized.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to request services. By scheduling with us, you confirm that you are legally able to enter into binding agreements.

4. Fees & Payment

  • Service fees are communicated prior to appointment and may vary based on location, time, and document type.

  • Travel fees, after-hours fees, or additional service charges may apply.

  • Payments are due at the time of service unless otherwise agreed in writing.

5. Cancellation & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours before the appointment to avoid fees.

  • Late cancellations or no-shows may be charged a service fee.

  • We reserve the right to reschedule or cancel appointments due to unforeseen circumstances.

6. Client Responsibilities

  • You are responsible for providing valid, government-issued identification at the appointment.

  • You must ensure all documents are complete (except signatures and notarizations) before the notary arrives.

  • We are not responsible for errors in documents prepared by third parties.

7. Limitation of Liability

LC Notary Services is not liable for:

  • Any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

  • The legal validity of documents notarized, beyond proper notarial procedure.

  • Losses resulting from misuse, errors, or omissions in documents not prepared by us.

8. Privacy

Any personal information collected is used solely for providing notary services and will not be shared except as required by law.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State in which LC Notary Services operates.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions at any time. Updates will be posted on our website with a new effective date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance.
